How much does a timber deck or pergola cost?
Decks typically range from $8,000 to $30,000+ depending on size, timber species, and complexity. Pergolas start from around $6,000. We provide detailed, itemised quotes so you know exactly what you're paying for — no surprises.
Do I need council approval for a deck or pergola?
Most decks under 10m² and below 1m off the ground don't require a Development Application in Queensland. For larger structures, we handle all the paperwork and council submissions on your behalf.
How long does the build take?
Most residential decks and pergolas are completed within 2–4 weeks once materials arrive on site. We'll give you a clear timeline during your free consultation and keep you updated throughout the build.
Are you licensed and insured?
